per family after May 22, 2010.**

Most sports are still accepting late registrations.

To Register for Fall Sports, please
follow the 3 steps below:
1)
2010 Family Membership Form
- Required if no children in your family
participated in a SPRING 2010 sport.
Families with more than one child participating are
only required to turn in one family membership form.
Any questions, please call or e-mail to check the
status of your family membership.
2) NOTE:
Frederick County Field Waivers must be completed for
each adult and player for all sports except In-House
soccer. Please print and
complete/sign the forms below and mail in the signature
pages only. This is required for participation on
Frederick County fields.
