True AP Summer Training Options Available!

MVAA Football Speed/Skills camp (June 14-16):

This camp is offered to all MVAA football athletes of any age!  Each session focuses on proper form and technique, improving:  Speed, Agility, Quickness, Explosive Power, First Step/Reaction, Coordination, Overall Athletic Ability, CONFIDENCE!

To register for the MVAA Football Speed/Skills camp (June 14-16 6pm-7:30pm M-F at the MHS Tennis Courts) please complete the True AP waiver/contact form below and mail to or drop off at the MVAA office with the $20 fee made payable to the MVAA.

Summer Speed Training (T & Th 6-7pm 6/22-8/12):

These sessions will focus on movements to help each athlete become faster on the field/court no matter what sport they play.  True AP uses the latest equipment and training techniques to challenge every athlete and promote movement efficiency, which will not only improve performance but reduce the risk of injury.
