Spring Sports Registration-currently closed

Registrations can be mailed in or dropped off at the MVAA Office

There is a Drop Off Box on the MVAA Desk

Regular Office Hours are Mon & Wed 9-2 & Thurs 1-6 

Late registration fee of $25 per family begins January 30th. 

Late registrations are NOT guaranteed a spot on a team and fees will be retunded if teams are full.

PLEASE NOTE: MANY SPORTS/AGE GROUPS ARE NOW FULL AND HAVE WAIT LISTS.

To Register for Spring Sports, please follow the 3 steps below:

1)    2012 Family Membership Form

REQUIRED for all families registering for a Spring 2012 sport.  Families with more than one child participating are only required to turn in one family membership form.

 

2)  Sport Registration Form -   (Please visit individual sports web page for additional information.)

• BASEBALL Registration Form - NOTE:  Baseball Registrations are now closed and all registrations received after 2/6 will be placed on a wait list.  Please send completed late registration forms to the MVAA Office so that your information can be included on the wait list.  You will be invoiced for the fee is a spot opens up.

3)  Frederick County Parks & Rec (FCP&R) Field Waivers must be completed for participation on FCP&R fields

     Required for Baseball, Lacrosse, Soccer (FCYSL & Club only) & Softball only.  Please submit the signature pages only (page 2)

     Youth Field Waiver - Please list all children on one youth form

     Adult Field Waiver - Required for all parents attending practices/games.
